Condensation and vorticies!
No sun today, a lot of humidity, and a special visitor...
At the end of the day, several dozen of crows have moved close to the 24D. I took the picture below, and moment after I heard a sort of "pak". The noise was low, but audible enough to say it was from the plane. Probably a bird hit by a side of wing or drift?

Bad choices, bad luck, regardless ... very frustrating!
This friday august 28th, winds are comming from east. I decided to go to threshold of the 06L to see some heavies on landing... When I saw a little Dash of Nav Canada taking off...
Interesting at first, but very boring in the long! And I miss a lot of very interesting visitors! It was a callibration of ILS on the 06L during +/- 3 hours... Now, I hate to see planes of Nav Canada at take off...

Just need to go out and take some pictures...
After 48h of work at the weather desk, forcasting this hot temperature with high humidity (I think we had near 42 with humidex) and the smog warning (which gives ugly yellow sky), I decided to go to take few pictures of the elegant visitor of that day, Swiss with an A340...
